Day 2

10:00 bread with cheese
15:00 some strange meat, something like little frankfurthers or what the hell it was... 3 little pieces
19:00 cereals (threw up later)


wow! I've been thinking that today's been a failure but when I look back I'm quite happy about it. :)
Hope I keep going this way and there's nothing holding me back.

Day 1

Today I officialy start. I started a year ago but today is the day when I mean it. Seriously. No more fails like having a chocolate defeated me. Till now I felt like I was constantly losing. Now weight is gonna be the only one lost thing! :-)
I'm on my holiday in Spain now. I'm going to take some rest cause eating too little makes me very tired. I try to drink a lot of water but sometimes I just forget.
I have just bought new jeans which don't fit me at all because they are too small and I promise that I will lose as much weight as necesarry.
